DOMESTIC
We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed.
After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Orders are typically processed (pre-shipment) within 3-6 business days. However, due to the current logistics environment, orders may take up to 14 business days to be shipped.
Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed on the TERMS & CONDITIONS, at time of purchase.
Orders with multiple items may require extra processing time.
Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days, but delays from the courier can happen. We use a variety of carriers to ensure your package gets to you.
We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.
Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee.

We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed.
We currently offer flat rate shipping to select countries. Our shipping rates cover duties and taxes.
Shipping takes 10-14 business days (not including any customs and duties delays).
